By any chance, would getting an anti-inflammatory injection be effective for milia?

I'm really stressed out because tiny, bumpy milia have spread all over my forehead and temples, but they aren't large, pus-filled pimples. They don't come out when I touch them, and they just make my skin texture look incredibly rough. I'm wondering if a dermatologist can give me an anti-inflammatory injection for this, or if I just need to get extractions or scaling treatments separately. I've never had an injection before, so I'm worried about potential side effects like skin pitting or scarring. Please give me some advice if you've successfully gotten rid of these milia.
