What should I do about skin trouble around my mouth from wearing a mask for a long time?
The fine dust is severe, and due to personal circumstances, I have to wear a mask for long periods every day at work. The skin around my mouth and chin has completely broken out and is a total mess, so I am really angry and upset. Since I wear a mask almost all day from the moment I arrive at work until I get off, every time I look in the mirror, I see red blemishes and tiny bumps all over the place.
When I wear a mask for a long time, the temperature inside rises due to my breath, and the air gets so humid that it feels like my pores are getting completely clogged. Does everyone else experience this? My skin is already sensitive, and with the hot and humid environment persisting, it feels like it's creating the perfect conditions for acne-causing bacteria to multiply. On top of that, my skin constantly rubs against the inner lining of the mask whenever I speak or move, and the physical friction makes the skin around my mouth feel like it's falling apart.
