How long does acne last after Agnes or Capri laser treatment?

I am currently looking into getting a laser treatment that destroys sebaceous glands to eradicate the recurring purulent inflammation around my jaw.

The monthly anti-inflammatory injections are only temporary, so I feel like I need a fundamental solution. If anyone has received specialized acne treatments like Agnes or Capri at Maypure, could you honestly tell me approximately how long the acne-clear state lasts after the procedure?

I would like to know firsthand accounts from those who have personally experienced this: once the sebaceous glands are burned with a laser, does that area definitely remain free of acne for several years, or does it tend to recur quickly after a few months as oil returns? Since I am spending money on the laser anyway, I want to understand how long the results last before planning my acne treatment.
