How long is the downtime for acne scar lasers?

I am looking into laser treatments at a dermatology clinic due to acne scars and enlarged pores. I have found that PicoFraxel and Lavian Laser are effective, so I am considering them. Since I work full-time, my biggest concern is the 'downtime'—the time it takes to return to my daily life after the procedure.

How long does facial redness or swelling usually last after the procedure? I’ve heard that with laser treatments, fine scabs form; I’m wondering if they can be covered with makeup. I’d like to hear actual reviews on whether getting the procedure on Friday evening over the weekend will make it barely noticeable when I go to work on Monday, or if I should take at least a week off work to allow for the treatment.
