My T-zone is extremely oily and my pores are wide open. How can I tighten them?
By the morning, my nose and forehead become shiny with oil and clogged with sebum; as these clumps harden, they forcibly widen my pores. Even though I roll cleansing oil every day to dissolve blackheads and periodically empty out the sebum, the empty pores, which have already widened once, show no signs of shrinking at all. As air and oil re-fill these empty holes and oxidize, the pores quickly turn dark and the edges harden after just a few days—a vicious cycle that repeats endlessly. It is frustrating because no matter how much I wipe with sebum-controlling toners or pads, fundamentally shrinking the pore size itself feels beyond the realm of home care. Has anyone else struggled like me with enlarged, dark pores caused by excessive oil secretion, and have seen tangible results in controlling the sebaceous glands and reducing the size of these empty pores?
