What are those tiny, millet-like bumps rising inside the cheeks?
I don't have skin that gets big pimples, but recently, when I look closely at the inside of my cheeks and the sides of my nose, it seems like the number of bumpy, granular areas has increased.
It isn't red or painful, just feels a bit rough to the touch, but it bothers me because it stands out more when I wear makeup.
At first, I thought it was just dead skin cells, so I used a peeling product, but it didn't make much of a difference and actually made my cheeks drier, so I stopped using it.
I am wondering if this needs to be managed like milia or comedones.
I would like to know if I need to extract them, or if it is okay to just manage them to prevent sebum and dead skin cells from accumulating.
I want to avoid accidentally touching it and causing it to become inflamed, so I would like to consult about the correct management method.

I'm worried about dryness and redness on my cheeks in late autumn. What kind of care would be best?[6]
CommentsIt seems wise of you to be cautious with exfoliation when your cheeks feel tight and red due to the heating. I would also like to take your advice on whether I should consult about soothing care or a skin booster first.220026.11.03 - 03CommentsIt’s amazing that you’ve consistently managed with just soothing care without touching your hands. I’ll check the reply when it comes up regarding whether the extraction comes first or if the peeling is done together.200026.11.03

- 03CommentsIt would be difficult to determine the required number of sessions from the start, as it varies depending on the level of inflammation, the presence of scars, and management goals. It would make comparisons easier if you asked about the timing of the interim evaluation and the criteria for modifying the plan during the consultation.530026.10.28
