The blackheads on my nose seem to be getting darker. How should I manage them?
In the past, I only had a few small sebum plugs visible on my nose, but lately, a few spots look like black dots, so it seems like my blackheads have gotten darker.
When I use nose strips, it feels like my nose gets clean right away, but the blemishes reappear after a few days. Also, using them repeatedly seems to make the area around my nose dry and sensitive, so I don't really use them these days.
But if I just leave them alone, the black spots stand out even more when I do my makeup, so it's actually kind of stressful.
Is it better to manage these blackheads by extraction or other methods in skincare?
I am also curious if the care methods differ for sebum that has already oxidized and appears black, and for sebum that is simply filling the pores. I would like to know if there is a way to manage this consistently at home without forcibly removing it.

I'm worried about dryness and redness on my cheeks in late autumn. What kind of care would be best?[6]
CommentsIt seems wise of you to be cautious with exfoliation when your cheeks feel tight and red due to the heating. I would also like to take your advice on whether I should consult about soothing care or a skin booster first.220026.11.03 - 03CommentsIt’s amazing that you’ve consistently managed with just soothing care without touching your hands. I’ll check the reply when it comes up regarding whether the extraction comes first or if the peeling is done together.200026.11.03

- 03CommentsIt would be difficult to determine the required number of sessions from the start, as it varies depending on the level of inflammation, the presence of scars, and management goals. It would make comparisons easier if you asked about the timing of the interim evaluation and the criteria for modifying the plan during the consultation.530026.10.28
