What should I ask during the consultation before starting acne skincare?
This time, instead of just searching, I'm planning to get a real consultation lol.
But now that I'm actually trying to make a reservation, I'm not sure what questions to ask.
It is stressful having my skin constantly breaking out, but I don't know exactly why this keeps happening.
It was hard for me to tell on my own whether it was due to cosmetics, lifestyle habits, or issues with sebum or dead skin cells.
So, when I get a consultation for acne skin care, I want to start by asking how they assess my current skin condition.
I am also wondering if I should address the current skin troubles first, or if I need to soothe my skin first since it is sensitive.
If there are various types of acne skincare, I would like to hear in detail which method is necessary for my condition.
And I definitely plan to ask how often and at what intervals I need to get it done haha.
I'm not sure if I only need to receive the treatment once, or if I need to do it at regular intervals in the beginning.
Cost is important, but I feel like I won't be able to do it consistently if I have to go too often, so I'm wondering about a realistic frequency.
You should also ask when you can wear makeup, exercise, or wash your face after the treatment, right?
I think it will be difficult to coordinate schedules if the recovery period is long due to work.
I am also wondering if it would be helpful to bring the cosmetics I use at home to show them or to talk about my usual skincare habits.
I tend to use a lot of different things, so I think there might actually be some products I need to cut back on haha.
I would also like to know if I can just get a consultation for acne skin care and if I don't have the procedure done on the same day.
Rather than paying for multiple sessions right away, I’d like to listen to the explanation and try it out before deciding.
If anyone who has had a consultation felt that preparing questions in advance was a good idea, please let me know haha.
I am curious to hear real-life experiences regarding the essential things to check when first starting acne skincare.
