If you receive consistent acne skin care, do you feel like the redness also decreases?
My skin isn't just problematic with acne; it also has an overall reddish look.
On days when new blemishes appear, the skin naturally looks redder, and even after they subside, the marks linger for a long time, making the skin always look blotchy.
So, I think my skin condition looks worse than it actually is when I don't wear makeup.
At first, I thought it would just naturally disappear over time, but it lasted longer than I expected haha.
Lately, I've been looking into whether getting acne treatment can also help stabilize this redness.
I am wondering if the process includes soothing the overall skin condition, rather than just managing the current breakouts.
I prefer my skin becoming less sensitive and the redness gradually decreasing, rather than doing something strong.
Are there any of you who feel that your red marks have faded while consistently receiving acne skin care?
I'm not expecting it to disappear completely, but I think I'll be satisfied if it just makes me look calmer than before when I'm barefaced haha.
I'm also wondering if the redness might actually increase briefly right after the treatment.
In that case, I would like to know if it gets better after a few hours or if it takes a few days.
My skin tends to turn red easily, so I am wondering if they adjust the intensity if I mention this in advance when receiving acne treatment.
I usually tend to use a lot of soothing products. Is it okay to continue using them while I am receiving treatment?
I am wondering if it might be better to keep things simple and focus on moisturizing rather than using multiple functional products.
If there are any of you who started treatment because you have both acne and redness like me, what changes did you notice first?
I'm curious if anyone is satisfied with the fact that their skin became less red overall, rather than just the number of blemishes :)
