Acne treatment

How long does acne treatment take? What is the treatment cycle, and is it possible to go for treatments consistently while maintaining my daily life?

I am frustrated because I keep getting acne despite being middle-aged, causing scars and redness. Would it be effective if I received this along with a sebum control treatment? I have never had a sebum control treatment before. It seems like a new procedure that people are talking about, so I do think it might be effective. Should I continue to receive this regularly as well? Does it hurt? Is it a one-time treatment that ends quickly? I think it would be good to receive acne treatment that controls sebum production, considering the cost-effectiveness. I would appreciate your advice regarding value for money.
