Is the acne treatment effective even if my nose is oily and my cheeks are dry?

I am wondering if I should receive acne treatment because the condition of my nose and cheeks is so different. Oil and sebum start to rise around my nose by the afternoon, whereas my cheeks actually feel tight and dry after washing my face.

However, recently, small, millet-like bumps have appeared not only on my nose but also on the inside of my cheeks, so it seems it is not simply an oily skin issue.

When I use products for oily skin, my cheeks get too dry, and if I moisturize too much, my nose feels stuffy, so it's hard to manage. Can I expect acne treatment effects on this type of combination skin?

I am wondering if acne treatment involves managing the entire face uniformly, or if it is possible to assess the skin condition of the nose and cheeks separately and adjust the treatment accordingly. I would also like to know if it is possible to check the oil and moisture balance before treatment and manage only the necessary areas.
