I talk a lot during class; will my facial expressions look awkward if I get wrinkle Botox?

I teach children at an elementary school, so I tend to talk a lot all day long! Lately, I've been worried about my wrinkles, so I'm looking into wrinkle Botox, but my biggest concern is that my facial expressions might look unnatural.
I'm worried that my face might look stiff when I smile or speak in front of children. I'm wondering if it's possible to start naturally with a smaller dosage for the first time, and if the injection site is determined by observing my facial expressions during the consultation.
I would also like to know how many days it takes for the effects to show after the injection! Please let me know when would be the best time to get it if I plan to get it before the new semester starts, and if I can visit again for an adjustment consultation if my facial expression feels awkward.
