I would like to inquire about treatment for cheek pores that cannot be covered even with makeup.
Lately, I am so self-conscious about the pores on both of my cheeks whenever I look in the mirror. In the past, makeup could cover them up to some extent, but now, every single pore stands out, and my skin surface doesn't look smooth. It is particularly severe in the area extending from the sides of my nose to the center of my cheeks.
Even when I use a pore primer, the effect is only temporary; over time, makeup actually settles into the pores and makes them look even more prominent. I've tried exfoliating and face masks at home, but there hasn't been any noticeable change.
I am curious whether enlarged cheek pores are caused by excessive sebum secretion or by a loss of skin elasticity. I would also like to know if the treatment method varies depending on the cause. What lasers or procedures do dermatologists primarily recommend for improving cheek pores? I am also curious if the procedure significantly interferes with daily life, and I would appreciate answers from clinic staff regarding how many sessions are required to expect effective results.
