I have both melasma and blemishes, so I'm wondering which laser treatment I should get.

Lately, I've been bothered by an increase in small blemishes on my cheekbones and cheeks, and I'm also concerned about pigmentation that appears to be spread widely like melasma between them, so I'm wondering what kind of treatment I should get. When I take photos, my skin tone looks patchy overall, so I am looking into laser treatments at a dermatology clinic.
I looked it up and found that there are so many types, such as Pico Toning, Laser Toning, and Pigment Lasers, and that each is best suited for different types of melasma or blemishes. Since I don't just have one type of pigmentation but rather light melasma and small blemishes together, I'm not sure which treatment to start with.
I am most worried about melasma, especially since I read that applying too much stimulation can actually make it darker. However, I am concerned that if I receive treatment too gently, I won't see much change, so I am also curious about how the intensity and treatment intervals are determined.
I would like to know which lasers are commonly chosen for skin like mine that has both melasma and blemishes, and whether various treatments are combined based on the skin condition during the initial session. I also want to naturally even out my skin tone, so please let me know what criteria I should use when selecting a treatment.
