Has anyone by any chance downloaded InMode (FX, not Forma)?

I'm really worried about my sagging double chin these days, so I'm looking into InMode, but I tend to be on the thinner side with little cheek fat.

I saw a post about the side effect of sunken cheeks, so I'm scared and can't bring myself to make the payment...
