Is Shrink Universe the most effective treatment for sagging jawline?

I ate late-night snacks all winter and didn't exercise at all, so my weight is the same, but my face has gotten completely puffy like a full moon ㅠㅠ I was really shocked to see my double chin fold into two layers just by tilting my head down slightly, so I'm planning to sign up for a face lift right away lol.
