A review summarizing the differences between Shurink, Ulthera, and InMode because I was curious! I found that each lifting procedure has different effects and advantages.

I feel like my jawline isn't what it used to be, so I've been looking into lifting procedures extensively. At first, I thought they were all pretty much the same, but the more I researched, the more I realized that Shurink, Ulthera, and InMode differ significantly in their methods and effects. I looked up tons of reviews regarding clinic consultations and actual procedures, and I'm writing this post to summarize what I found, hoping it will be helpful to others who are going through the same dilemma.

First of all, I noticed that Shurink is widely known as a relatively low-burden lifting procedure. It works by delivering ultrasound energy deep into the skin to boost elasticity, and it seemed like a popular choice, especially for those new to lifting treatments. The main advantages of Shurink seem to be that it is more affordable than Ulthera and has a shorter recovery period. Many patients can resume their daily activities immediately after the procedure, and there are many reviews stating that it is great for maintenance when overall facial elasticity has slightly decreased. However, there were also many opinions that it provides a natural refinement of the facial contours rather than dramatic changes.

On the other hand, Ultherapy seemed to be a popular procedure among those seeking a distinctly strong lifting sensation. Although it belongs to the same ultrasound family, I heard that it delivers energy to the SMAS layer, a deeper layer of the skin. Perhaps that is why satisfaction with Ultherapy regarding the "lifting sensation" was quite high. In particular, when looking at reviews from people concerned about sagging jawlines or deep cheek fat, there were so many comments about Ultherapy's effectiveness. One advantage is that the results tend to last relatively long after a single treatment, but there were also quite a few mentions of pain. The price is also on the high side, so there was a trend of comparing promotional prices. Nevertheless, since there were many reviews stating that Ultherapy is highly satisfying when facial elasticity loss is clearly felt, I became interested in it as well.

Also, I noticed that InMode felt a bit different from the other two procedures. Since InMode uses a radio frequency method, it seemed to aim for both fat reduction and improved elasticity by raising the skin's internal temperature. That is why I heard it is frequently sought after by people concerned about double chins or chubby cheeks. In particular, there were many reviews praising the effectiveness of InMode for those whose jawlines appear obscured by facial fat. I think the advantage of InMode is that you can expect both facial fat reduction and improved elasticity at the same time. There were also many reviews mentioning that it makes the face look smaller. However, some people expressed concerns about cheek hollowing if the treatment is too intense, so I also saw many opinions emphasizing the importance of choosing the right clinic and adjusting the intensity.

To summarize, it seems the treatments are largely divided into Shrink, which feels like light and natural elasticity care; Ultherapy, which focuses on powerful lifting; and InMode, which is about fat removal and contour improvement. Since the choice can vary completely depending on your facial condition and desired outcome, I realized it is important to get a consultation. I am still debating which procedure to get myself, but knowing these differences helped me understand a bit why different treatments are recommended for different people.
