Is it okay to go to an appointment right after getting a double chin lift?

I was thinking about getting some treatments for my friend's wedding next month, so I got interested in double chin lifts haha. I've actually been a bit self-conscious about my jawline for a while, but with such an important event coming up, it's bothering me even more ㅠㅠ I feel like I'll be taking tons of photos, so I just suddenly want to get some treatments done in advance lol.

But the problem is the recovery period!! I'm really curious if I can go back to my daily life immediately after getting a double chin lift :) I've seen some reviews where people say they went to a cafe right after the procedure, while others mentioned swelling for a few days, so it seems like it varies from person to person!!

I have to go to work and have appointments, so I think it would be a bit overwhelming if it were too noticeable ㅠㅠ I'm especially worried because I bruise easily haha. Still, when I read reviews of double chin lifts, it seems like the maintenance is simpler than expected, so I keep being interested ^^

And I've heard a lot of people say that having a defined jawline makes your entire face shape look different!! I'm more concerned about the sagging under my chin than facial fat, so I'm really looking forward to the firming effects haha. I think I understand why people say the jawline becomes so important as you get older :)

There are so many types of double chin lifts that I'm not sure which one is right for me yet, but I want to go with one that looks natural!! I'm worried it might look awkward if it looks too exaggerated haha.

If anyone has had a double chin lift, please let me know how many days before an important event it is best to get it done. I'm also curious about how much swelling you actually experienced.
