Are there specific age groups and people recommended for lifting procedures?

Lately, every time I look in the mirror, I feel like my facial elasticity is changing little by little, so I'm looking into lifting procedures haha. It's not like it's sagging terribly yet, but I've heard a lot of people say it's good to take care of it in advance, so I've become interested!!

By the way, I was curious about around what age people usually start getting lifting procedures :) I originally thought these kinds of treatments were mostly done after the age of 40, but I was surprised to hear that nowadays, many people in their 20s and 30s get them as a kind of preventative measure lol.

I've seen a lot of posts saying that lifting procedures are particularly satisfying for people whose facial contours are becoming blurry or who are concerned about their jawline!! I've also heard that it is more effective to take care of your skin before it loses elasticity haha.

I'm only slightly bothered by the sagging in my cheeks when I smile, so I'm wondering if I can still feel the effects of a lifting procedure in this condition. I'm also hesitant because I've read that starting too late actually makes maintenance harder.

And when I look at reviews for lifting procedures, I see that many people are satisfied because they look naturally younger!! I'm most envious of that subtle improvement in vibe, rather than one that looks obviously like a procedure lol.

If anyone has had lifting procedures, I'm curious when you usually started :) Please also let me know if getting them as a preventative measure is a good idea~
