How is the pain with Shrink Universe?

Lately, I feel like my facial contours are sagging, so I am seriously considering a lifting procedure. I remember crying because it was so painful when I got the original Shurink in the past, so I haven't even looked at lifting treatments since then. However, I heard that the newly released Shurink Universe is much less painful and faster than the old version.

I heard that there is an Ultra Booster pen type that allows for thorough treatment even on curved areas. Is Shrink Universe really that painless? I am such a wimp that I even considered general anesthesia because of the pain, so I am wondering if Shrink Universe is bearable enough with just anesthetic cream. Please give me an honest answer as to whether it is a treatment that even someone as sensitive to pain as me can receive with peace of mind!
