How should I schedule lifting procedures?

I am a woman approaching my 30s. Although my wrinkles aren't noticeably deep yet, whenever I look in the mirror, I can feel the skin on my jowls sagging slightly compared to before, and my jawline becoming less defined.

 

I know I can't stop aging... but... I'm planning to start regular skin firming treatments as a preventative measure before it really gets serious.

 

I am looking into devices like Shurink or InMode, and I am wondering what the ideal interval is for planning lifting treatments to maintain the current state, given that my sagging is not severe. I am worried because I heard that receiving treatments too frequently can irritate the skin or cause cheek loss. Would getting lifting treatments just once every six months usually be sufficient to maintain elasticity?
