Is InMode effective for sagging skin around the mouth?

When I have a blank expression, the flesh next to the corners of my mouth bulges downward, making my facial contours look saggy. Because of this sullen area, my overall impression looks sullen and much older, so I constantly worry about it when taking photos or meeting people. It actually makes me feel quite self-conscious. Trying resistance bands or doing face yoga at home hasn't helped at all.

Will InMode neatly tidy up only the unsightly sagging lower corners of the mouth without feeling awkward when opening the mouth or making facial expressions?
