I have dry skin; won't it get even drier after getting a lifting procedure?

I've been interested in lifting treatments like Ulthera for a while, but since I have dry skin, I'm worried that it might get even drier after the procedure. My skin also tends to break out every time the seasons change, so I'm being extra cautious.
I am wondering if there are cases where the skin feels tight or becomes sensitive after receiving a lifting procedure. I saw an article about Ultherapy Prime in the Maypure column, and the guide also mentioned Density; I would like to know if there is an option that is relatively less burdensome for dry skin, and if the available lifting procedures vary by branch.
Also, I would be grateful if you could let me know if it is better to postpone a lifting procedure when my skin is breaking out, and how I should moisturize before and after the procedure. I am also curious if there are many people in their 30s who get lifting consultations.
