Recommended treatment after removing flat warts

It's been a little less than a month since I had my flat warts removed, but on the 10th day, after I removed all the Duoderm and washed my face, I could definitely feel that my skin had become rough.

I got contact dermatitis where I removed the Duoderm and suffered for several days.

My skin used to be combination, but it seems to have become extremely dry?? It's become very rough and white..

I have the following inquiries.

1. Can laser removal of flat warts cause skin that wasn't like that to change like this?

2. What kind of treatment should I get to alleviate the roughness and whitening?
