Effective nose pore reduction treatment

These days, I'm always shocked when I look in the mirror. It wasn't like this before, but my pores on the sides of my nose and cheeks have gotten really large. My pores, in particular, are so sunken and enlarged that my makeup looks cakey, and no matter how much I try to cover them up, they're still noticeable. So, I've been trying various face masks and other products that are supposed to help reduce pores, but I haven't seen any visible results. I'm curious which dermatologist's treatment is the most effective for reducing pores. I'd also like to know if I can go back to my normal routine right away after getting pore reduction surgery. I'm a little worried about the pain and redness.
