How do I manage facial freckles?

There's no answer for my facial freckles... What should I do?

I even tried stopping the dermatology system for a year because of my facial freckles.

I tried pico toning more than ten times at other dermatologists.

Meladuce also tried the 5th round

I continued to use cosmetics for whitening and freckles.

But it seems like it's only getting worse
