I'm curious about how to treat freckles on the upper part of the cheekbones.

I started seeing light brown spots, like freckles, on the upper cheekbones. At first, I thought they were just blemishes, but they're getting darker and more pronounced, so I think they're probably freckles. I mostly stay indoors and wear sunscreen when I'm out in the sun, but I don't know why these freckles are appearing. Could you please tell me some treatments for freckles? I heard freckles are harder to treat than regular freckles. Is that true?

And are the treatments for freckles and blemishes different? If the treatments for freckles and blemishes are different and performed separately, I'm also curious about whether it's possible to remove blemishes immediately after receiving freckle treatment.
