Inquiry about men's laser hair removal re-treatment

Yesterday, I had my first lower body hair removal at the Bucheon branch. After the procedure, the hair was completely intact and there was absolutely no pain. I felt absolutely no pain, and my hair was in perfect condition immediately after the procedure.

From what I've found, normal laser hair removal should cause minimal irritation or pain.

The hospital said, "It's possible because it's your first time," but I feel like even if I get this much output, it won't be effective even if I get it done 10 times.

I never asked for it to be painless on purpose, and it felt so different compared to other people's reviews.

Could you please re-press the output a little harder?

I called the Bucheon branch over 20 times to ask, but they didn't answer the phone, so I guess they hung up.
