Why do sebum keep forming like this?

It's really messy, dirty, and stressful.

What are some sebum management techniques I can do at home?

It would be nice if it could be done easily and conveniently, but there aren't many things like that to do at home, right??

If you know of an easy way to get rid of sebum, or an even easier way, please share it with me.

If sebum management is difficult, you won't do it well.

There are many things I know I should do but don't because it's too much trouble.. There's no end to the number of excuses I can make..
