Please tell me how to reduce pores

I would appreciate it if you could tell me more about how to reduce pores.

I am also concerned about the pores on my cheeks and chin, but I especially need to reduce the pores on my nose.

In the summer, my skin becomes very oily and my makeup comes off especially easily. It's so shiny.

I've tried nose packs and cosmetics that are supposed to help reduce pores, but honestly, they don't seem to be effective at all.

I think hospital treatment is the only option, but if there is a good method, please let me know.
