Is it possible to select LDM mode?

I became interested in LDM, so I searched YouTube and found that there are many different mods.

I'm curious if I can choose the mode and what modes are available~

If you proceed with LDM alone, it takes 12 minutes.

Pico Toning + LDM is supposed to last 6 minutes, but if the time is shorter, will the effect be much different? ㅜㅜ
