I have concerns about eyebrow tattoos (how to remove them).

I'm having concerns that others don't have.

I had an eyebrow tattoo done many years ago that I don't remember because my eyebrows were not balanced on both sides and the lines were uneven. Over time, the color gradually faded and a blue mark remained.

 
When viewed from a distance, the eyebrow area appears blotchy or bluish, giving an untidy impression.
I want to remove this trace

Which method is most effective?

How long does it take and is it okay to go to work the next day after doing it or is there a certain period of time indicated??
If I try this method, will my current eyebrows be maintained??
