Inquiry regarding the effectiveness of anti-inflammatory injection treatment

I saw an article about anti-inflammatory injections.

I have a question just in case.
In my case, the pain is not staying in one place but rather moving.

I visited an orthopedic surgeon several times for this problem and received treatment (including injections) under the diagnosis that it was caused by inflammation.

I'm not seeing any noticeable effects, so I'm posting this just in case.

I'm not sure if I'm approaching this inflammation injection correctly and with the purpose of trying to treat it.

For the 'moving pain' I'm experiencing, would it be a good candidate for a general 'inflammatory injection' treatment?
