Please tell me an effective way to remove dead skin cells!

These days, as the seasons change, my face and my whole body are so dry that I have a lot of dead skin cells..ㅠㅠ And my makeup doesn't go on well eitherㅠㅠ Because my skin is like this, I worry so much every time I look in the mirror. Sobㅜㅠㅠ If I exfoliate at home, it seems to irritate it too much.. Is there a separate exfoliation service at a dermatologist!? If so, I'm curious about the price too!!! Thank you!!
