My skin is getting dry and flaky. Is there a good way to remove dead skin cells?
Maybe it's because my dry skin has gotten worse over the past few years.
I keep getting dead skin cells on my body.
The worst part is my heels, but they aren't cracked yet.
I keep getting dead skin cells so I have to soak them in hot water every day and scrape them off with my fingernails.
The skin is also exposed to the cold wind, so parts like arms and ankles are exposed for a while.
I wake up with white skin like I haven't washed.
Even if you shower and apply a lot of body cream, it only lasts for a moment.
When I turn around, it's white again.
How do you all exfoliate?
The heels are being given a nice foot scrub.
I apply lotion to my arms and legs frequently.
Do you have any special know-how for removing dead skin cells?
In the past, older people would rub their heels with something like a stone to remove dead skin cells.
I guess I'm getting to that age. It's sad.
