어이쿠.. 각질 딱딱하다고 직접 떼내거나 칼로 긁거나 하시면 다칠 수 있는데;;; 저도 나이드니까 점점 발뒤꿈치 각질 생기더라구요.. 그냥 매일 따뜻한 물에 잘 불려서 살살 긁어주시고 풋크림 듬뿍 바르고 양말 신고 주무셔 보세요. 좀 나은거 같아요;;;
