Is there an effective 'ampoule' for removing dead skin cells from elbows?

I'm writing to you because of my calluses on my elbows.
I regularly use body scrubs and moisturizers, but the dark, thick dead skin cells on my elbows just don't seem to go away.
I was wondering if there was a high-functionality ampoule-like product for body exfoliation care.

Can I use a body-specific ampoule containing exfoliating ingredients (AHA, BHA, PHA, etc.) used on the face?
Or is there a separate ampoule product that can be used effectively on areas like elbows where pigmentation and hardened dead skin cells are a combined concern?
I would like a body ampoule that helps remove dead skin cells from my elbows and improve whitening/pigmentation at the same time.
If possible, I would like a product that causes as little skin irritation as possible.
