When your skin is itchy

I'm currently using the lotion and ointment I received from the hospital last year or so.

Are there any dermatological treatments that are good for preventing or managing itchy skin?

It's drier now that it's winter

I think the symptoms are getting worse because of the extreme temperature difference between the warm office and the cold outside air.

I thought I applied oil and moisturized my face a lot after showering, but it still happened.

I'm worried that lasers might irritate my skin. What kind of treatment would be good for this symptom?
