I take a walk in the morning to stay healthy.
It's hard to get out of bed, but it's so nice to open the door and go out.
I set a goal of 10,000 steps, and once I finish, I feel refreshed for the rest of the day.
I'm going to do this without filtering it.
Weight management seems to be the foundation of health.
