I have quite a few bruises on my arms.

A family member fell a few days ago and it looks like he hit the ground with his arm.

There were bruises here and there, but the wide, purple bruise stretched from my elbow to my hand.

I think it will fade quite a bit over time.

Still, I'm worried that the marks will last a long time or be permanent.

Is there any treatment possible for this kind of thing?
