Something keeps popping up on my mom's face...

My mother is 81 years old.

Now, I have a lot of freckles and my skin has become very dry and the dead skin cells are falling off badly.

Besides that, I keep getting all sorts of things on my face.

When this happens, some of it is itchy and some of it is not itchy.

It doesn't seem to be the same type, but what makes you so good at this as you get older?

Besides my face, similar things kept appearing on my legs and back.

Is there any big problem if I leave this without removing it separately?

I'm more worried about what effects it might have if I leave it on rather than for cosmetic purposes.

What on earth is this? Is it something like a sebaceous cyst?
