Hello, I've been feeling like my eye area has lost a lot of elasticity lately, so I'd like to consult about how to manage wrinkles around my eyes. I'm particularly concerned because the wrinkles around my eyes appear deeper when I wear makeup, and the wrinkles that appear when I smile seem to be fixed. I've been consistently applying eye cream at home, but I haven't seen much change, so I'm wondering if I need dermatological treatment or professional care.
