Are there any products that are effective for acne scars?

I am contacting you for a consultation because I have been troubled by long-standing acne and the resulting scars, and I would like to receive systematic treatment.

Although the acne itself has subsided significantly compared to before, deep pitted scars remain around my cheeks and temples and are difficult to cover even with makeup. In particular, when the light shines from above or in strong sunlight, the surface of my skin looks bumpy like an orange peel, causing me great stress every time I look in the mirror. Since my overall skin elasticity has decreased in addition to the scars, it seems like a vicious cycle is repeating itself where the pitted areas sag, making the surrounding pores appear even wider.

I have consistently applied regenerating cream and tried exfoliating at home, but they didn't seem to have much effect on my hardened, pitted scars. Please recommend a product.
