Is it effective for men in their 50s to shrink and care for pores?
I am a man in my 50s who has recently been concerned about my pores becoming noticeably wider and longer. Unlike when I was younger, my skin elasticity has decreased, and I can see my pores sagging vertically, which is affecting my appearance, so I am planning to start taking care of my skin.
I’ve heard that pore care is tricky for men because they produce more sebum, so I’m wondering if it is actually possible to see noticeable pore tightening effects even if I start care in my 50s.
I think I've passed the stage where improvement is possible with home care alone. I'm curious to hear reviews from those who have experienced dermatological procedures like Fraxel or Pico Laser to see if dramatic results are necessary. Please advise if you have any recommended skincare routines or treatments.
