Perhaps because I have a habit of looking upward when widening my eyes or making facial expressions, a deep horizontal line started to appear on my forehead at some point. Previously, it would only appear briefly and then disappear when I made a face, but now, even when I am still with a blank expression, a distinct wrinkle forms right in the middle of my forehead, making me look much older than my age and giving me a gloomy impression.
I have tried various home care methods, such as applying functional cosmetics and getting massages, but I felt that there are limits to what I can resolve on my own regarding the expression lines between my eyebrows and the loss of elasticity. Therefore, before they deepen further, I plan to seek professional help and start systematic treatments. Please recommend various procedures.
