Is there a product that is incredibly effective for blackheads?

I have oily skin on my nose and used to get blackheads frequently, but recently, the sebum has started to harden and become more prominent. I have tried squeezing them out with my fingers or using nose strips, but the area only clears up temporarily before the sebum quickly fills up again, and the skin around my nose actually becomes red and sensitive. Furthermore, as sebum repeatedly accumulates, the pores around my nose and butterfly zone have gradually widened. Now, even when I apply makeup, the blackheads are not covered well, and cosmetics get stuck in the pores, making my face look messy.
