Is Aqua Peel effective for cleaning pores in the butterfly zone?

Perhaps because summer is approaching, lately I've noticed sebum production around my nose and butterfly zone exploding, and my pores have visibly widened. Even when I wear makeup, it settles severely into my pores, and they feel like they are packed with blackheads and whiteheads.
I heard that squeezing with your hands can widen pores, so while looking into it, I heard that 'Aqua Peel' is good for cleansing pores and removing sebum. I am wondering if Aqua Peel can effectively clean out hard sebum or blackheads stuck deep within the pores of the butterfly zone.
