Is it possible to remove freckles or blemishes on my arms as well?

Do you happen to provide medical care for things like blemishes on the body?

I didn't originally have any blemishes on my arms, but a few years ago, things that I couldn't tell if they were melasma, blemishes, or freckles suddenly appeared all at once. Unlike moles, they aren't distinct or smooth; they just look like faint spots spreading widely across my lower forearm. Is it possible to remove these with a laser treatment?

For reference, since it appears only on the outer skin exposed to sunlight and not on the inside of my arm, I am just guessing it was caused by UV rays. Before these blemishes appeared, I traveled frequently for a while. Even when visiting hot countries or during the middle of summer, I only made sure to apply sunscreen to my face and rarely applied it to my body because I found it sticky. It seems like it was caused by repeated, prolonged exposure to strong UV rays, so I am wondering if treatments like Pico Toning or IPL are possible on the arms and if they would be effective.
