I've had skin trouble for two months now due to stress and an irregular lifestyle.
I'm worried because, for some reason, I can't seem to get rid of my skin troubles lately.
I've always tended to be a bit indifferent about skincare. For quite a long time, I just washed my face, applied basic lotion, and that was it. However, recently, as my environment changed, stress increased and my lifestyle became irregular, breakouts started constantly appearing on my cheeks and forehead. At first, I thought it was just temporary, but the same situation has been repeating for two months now. It feels like my skin is sending me some kind of signal.
I am looking into getting other skincare treatments at a dermatology clinic, and I am curious about how the process works if I visit for acne care. Do they start with a skin condition check, or does it proceed directly to a procedure? Do they also tend to offer advice on skincare routines or lifestyle habits?
I'd like to figure out the costs in advance. I'm looking into it with the intention of attending consistently every month, so I'd like to know what a realistic management plan looks like. Haha. It would be great if those with experience could also share how you got started!
