Duration of Hiko procedure results for improving a blunt, bulbous nose and a low nose bridge

My nose is generally low in height, and in particular, it has a bulbous shape with a blunt, flared tip. This makes the center of my face look flat and gives me an unsophisticated impression. I cannot even consider plastic surgery due to my aversion to implants, the cost, and the long recovery period, so I am looking into the Hiko procedure, which combines special medical threads with fillers to shape the nose line.
